CEDAR REALTY TRUST ANNOUNCES NEW LOCATION OF UBER GREENLIGHT HUB
IN EAST RIVER PARK SHOPPING CENTER
WASHINGTON, DC (October 23, 2017) – Cedar Realty Trust Inc., a fully-integrated real estate investment trust focused on ownership and operation of grocery-anchored shopping centers in high density urban communities from Washington D.C. to Boston, today announced UBER will open a new Greenlight Hub, a state-of-the-art 8,200 square foot support and resource center for local UBER drivers, at the East River Park Shopping Center in Ward 7. The Greenlight Hub will be the newest tenant to the shopping center and plans to bring on 25 full-time jobs.

Cedar Realty Trust worked side-by-side with the District to bring the UBER Greenlight Hub to the East River Park Shopping Center.

partners in the community, the District government, and Cedar Realty Trust, we have laid the groundwork for a state-of- the-art center that will serve thousands of Uber drivers a week once fully operational. We look forward to opening our doors next year.”
UBER Greenlight Hubs are the place for UBER drivers and would-be drivers to get in-person attention, answers to questions, and assistance resolving any issues. Greenlight Hubs also serve as a location to network with fellow drivers and UberEATS couriers.
